When the Indian government declared the list of 59 apps from China due to security issues, many people were thinking PUBG would be one of them as in the social media network #Pubgbanned is trending from months.

Background & History-
Player Unknowns Battlegrounds or PUBG has founded in South Korea by PUBG Corporation. One of the subsidiaries of the leading South Korean video game company Bluehole. The game is inspired by the Japanese film Battle Royale. Branden green and Jan Tae-Seok are the creative directors of Player Unknown Battlegrounds.
PUBG was first launched its beta version in March 2017 for Microsoft Windows Via Steams ( Digital Distribution Service Company). In Dec 2017 company launched its full version and by the same month, Microsoft Studio also released the full version from Xbox One. The free mobile app was released in September 2018 for both IOS and Android.

In almost a few months after the lunch game was hit. PUBG received positive reviews and feedback from the critics.
By 2019 PUBG became the most played game of all time. The game has sold over 6 Crore Copies and over 60 crores Downloads.
PUBG has won many awards including, Best multiplayer video game, Best pc game of the year, Best action game of the year, Best esports game of the year, The best trending game of the year and many more.

After being the most played game of all time, PUBG started to get in serval countries including
Iraq- The government in Iraq has banned PUBG ( Player Unknown Battlegrounds). As per Iraq parliaments, this game is very violent to society,
China- The Chinese government have been prohibited to play Fortnite and PUBG in the country. As it is too intense. But PUBG Corporation is in talks with the Chinese Government to allow PUBG mobile in the country.
Nepal- Neapls Supreme court has given the notice to the government not to ban pubg mobile but as of for now PUBG in Nepal.
Pakistan- Recently Pakistani Government has banned the most popular game in the country due to serval complaints against PUBG.
Here is the reason why Pubg hasn't banned from India.
Player unknown battlegrounds (PUBG) is not a Chinese Video Game. It was developed by the South Korean video game company Bluehole.
The only Chinese connection that this game has the company called Tencent Holdings Ltd.
Tencent Holdings Ltd is a Chinese Multinational organization with the turn over of rupees 32000 crores.
PUBG and Tencent Holdings Ltd. Has an agreement of distributing the PUBG game across China and India. Tencent holdings ltd has no control over the operational part of Players Unknown battlegrounds.
And that's the may reason in the 59 apps PUBG was not one of them.
But however, PUBG has not a bright future in India as many complaints have been registered against the Game for been too addictive and too intense.
Last year in the Karnataka file has been reported on a 25-year-old boy who killed his father after he told not play PUBG on his Mobile. And this is not the one case, There are many cases like this has been reported over the period of 1 year.
Last year in March 2019 several cities have banned PUBG game including Ahmedabad, Surat, Rajkot, Vadodara and Bhavnagar. Playing PUBG was prohibited in this city and local police have even imprisoned youngsters during ban as they were playing the Player Unknown Battlegrounds.
Addiction to anything is bad. If you are playing a game for your entertainment is ok but don't make addiction out of it. That will not help you in your future.
